The value peg is the foundational promise of JINZHUZHU. Unlike algorithmic stablecoins that rely on complex mechanisms to maintain their value, or fiat-backed tokens subject to monetary policy, JINZHUZHU is anchored to something that has held value for 5,000 years.
For every JINZHUZHU token in circulation, 0.1 grams of physical gold is held in reserve by our audited custodians. This is not a ratio, not a target, not an approximation — it is a 1:1 guarantee, enforced on-chain and verified by independent third parties.
The peg cannot be diluted. New tokens can only be minted when new gold is deposited into the reserve. The relationship between token supply and gold reserve is absolute.
